The following document outlines the terms of service and use of the Boxman.lk website. You can also review our Privacy Policy, which outlines our practices towards handling any personal information that you may provide to us.
By using Boxman.lk services you acknowledge that you have accepted and will abide by these terms, whether or not you have read and understood them.

1. Acceptance of Terms

All web pages available at Boxman.lk and all linked pages and subdomains (“Site“), are owned and operated by Boxman (Pvt) Ltd. (“BOXMAN“) a Sri Lankan company and is accessed by you under the Terms of Service described below (“Terms”).
Please read these terms carefully before using the services. By accessing the site, viewing any content or using any services available on the site you are agreeing to be bound by these terms, which together with our Privacy Policy, governs our relationship with you in relation to the site.

In short: By using Boxman.lk you agree to all the terms on this page.

2. Description of Service

The Site is an online retailer of corrugated boxes, packaging supplies, and wrapping materials, as well as an online community which enables customers and visitors to share comments, opinions and ideas, participate in promotions, and access support materials provided on the Site (“Services“).
Your access to the Site may be interrupted as a result of repair to or maintenance on the Site, or due to equipment malfunction, or any other reason that may be beyond the control of Boxman.lk. Boxman.lk reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to suspend availability of the Site and/or any Service and/or remove any Content at any time.

In short: Boxman.lk is a site where you can buy packaging materials and participate in our platform. Sometimes the site will break or otherwise be inaccessible without warning.

3. Registration

In order to access the full set of Services you are required to open an account with Boxman.lk. If purchasing goods as a guest you are required to provide a valid email address in addition to valid billing and shipping information. Maintaining the security and confidentiality of your user account password is your responsibility. Services are available only to individuals who are either (a) at least 18 years old, or (b) at least 13 years old, and who are authorised to access the Site by a parent or legal guardian.

In short: You can buy stuff as a guest or create a full account to access all features without violating the rights of others.

4. Products and Content

All features, content, specifications, products and prices of products and services described or depicted on the Site are subject to change at any time without notice. Certain dimensions, weight capacities and similar descriptions are approximate and are provided for convenience purposes only. Boxman.lk makes all reasonable efforts to accurately display the attributes of our packaging products.

In short: The packaging items we sell today may change in price, specifications, or availability tomorrow. You won’t use anything you buy from us to break any laws.

5. User Conduct

You agree that you, and not Boxman.lk, are solely responsible for all Content you post or otherwise submit to the Site. As a condition of use, you promise not to use the Services for any unlawful purpose or prohibited activities such as harassment, posting obscene content, spamming, or imposing unreasonable loads on server infrastructure.

In short: You cannot use our site to harass people, post offensive stuff, or post spam.

6. Trademarks, Copyrights, and Licenses

The design of the Site and all text, graphics, information, content, and other material displayed on or downloadable from the Site are protected by copyright and trademark laws. Contents are Copyright © Boxman (Pvt) Ltd. All rights reserved.

In short: Boxman.lk has a registered trademark and copyright protection. Don’t steal content or use our brand name without permission.

7. User Content Submitted for Inclusion on the Site

Any material, information, suggestions, ideas, concepts, or comments you transmit or post to the Site is and will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary. By submitting User Content you grant Boxman.lk a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use it.

In short: Stuff you post here may be visible to others and grants us a license to use it for business and marketing purposes.

8. Third Party Links

The Site may contain links to web sites that are not owned or controlled by Boxman.lk. All such links are provided solely as a convenience. If you decide to access any other web sites linked to or from the Site, you do so entirely at your own risk.

In short: We’re not responsible for any links on our site that take you off our site. Click at your own risk.

9. Shipping and Returns

When an order is placed, it will be shipped to a designated address compliant with shipping restrictions and Sri Lanka law. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery. Boxman.lk follows a strict return and exchange restriction policy as outlined in our return guidelines.

In short: We ship where legally allowed within Sri Lanka. Returns and replacements are handled according to our specific 7-day return guidelines.

10. Disclaimers

Your use of the Site is at your risk. The information, materials and services provided on or through the Site are provided “as is” without any warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties with respect to products purchased, including failure due to improper stacking weight, water exposure, or user misuse.

In short: Stuff you buy from us may wear out or break if overloaded or stored improperly. Use packaging products according to proper weight and storage standards.

11. Limitations of Liability

Boxman.lk assumes no responsibility, nor will be liable, for any damages or malware that may infect your equipment. In no event will Boxman.lk be liable for any indirect, special, punitive, incidental or consequential damages.

In short: Use this site at your own risk. We’re not liable if your computer gets compromised or for indirect operational damages.

12. Revision to the Terms

These terms of service may be revised at any time by updating this posting. You should visit this page from time to time to review the current terms.

In short: These terms may change, and changes will be posted here.

13. Choice of Law; Jurisdiction

These terms of service will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka. Any action seeking legal or equitable relief arising out of or relating to the Site will be brought only in the courts of Sri Lanka.

In short: Boxman.lk does business in Sri Lanka. Any legal disputes must be resolved in a Sri Lankan court.

14. Termination

You or we may suspend or terminate your account or your use of the Site at any time, for any reason. You are personally liable for any orders placed or charges incurred prior to termination.

In short: You can be banned from this site, but outstanding payments for orders remain your legal responsibility.

කෙටියෙන්: Boxman.lk භාවිතා කිරීමෙන් ඔබ මෙම පිටුවේ ඇති සියලුම නියමයන්ට එකඟ වේ.

2. සේවාවේ විස්තරය

මෙම වෙබ් අඩවිය කාඩ්බෝඩ් පෙට්ටි, ඇසුරුම් ද්‍රව්‍ය සහ ඇසුරුම් උපාංග අලෙවි කරන මාර්ගගත අලෙවිසැලකි. නඩත්තු කටයුතු හෝ උපකරණ දෝෂ හේතුවෙන් ඔබේ වෙබ් අඩවි ප්‍රවේශය තාවකාලිකව ඇණහිටිය හැක.

කෙටියෙන්: Boxman.lk යනු ඔබට ඇසුරුම් ද්‍රව්‍ය මිලදී ගත හැකි වෙබ් අඩවියකි. සමහර අවස්ථාවවලදී කිසිදු පූර්ව දැනුම්දීමකින් තොරව අඩවිය ක්‍රියා විරහිත විය හැක.

3. ලියාපදිංචි වීම

සම්පූර්ණ සේවාවන් ලබා ගැනීම සඳහා ඔබ Boxman.lk හි ගිණුමක් විවෘත කළ යුතුය. අමුත්තෙකු (Guest) ලෙස භාණ්ඩ මිලදී ගැනීමේදී වලංගු විද්‍යුත් තැපැල් ලිපිනයක් සහ බෙදාහැරීමේ තොරතුරු සැපයිය යුතුය. ගිණුම් ආරක්‍ෂාව තබා ගැනීම ඔබේ වගකීමකි.

කෙටියෙන්: ඔබට අමුත්තෙකු ලෙස මිලදී ගත හැක, නැතහොත් සියලුම විශේෂාංග සඳහා සම්පූර්ණ ගිණුමක් සෑදිය හැක.

4. නිෂ්පාදන සහ අන්තර්ගතය

වෙබ් අඩවියේ විස්තර කර ඇති සියලුම නිෂ්පාදන, මිල ගණන් සහ විශේෂාංග දැනුම්දීමකින් තොරව වෙනස් වීමට යටත් වේ. අපගේ නිෂ්පාදන හැකිතාක් නිවැරදිව පෙන්වීමට උත්සාහ කරමු.

කෙටියෙන්: අද විකුණන දේවල් හෙට වෙනස් මිලකට හෝ වෙනත් ප්‍රමාණයකින් තිබිය හැක. නීති විරෝධී කිසිදු කටයුත්තකට අපගේ භාණ්ඩ භාවිතා නොකරන්න.

5. පරිශීලක හැසිරීම

ඔබ වෙබ් අඩවියට උඩුගත කරන සියලුම අන්තර්ගතයන් සඳහා ඔබ සම්පූර්ණයෙන්ම වගකිව යුතුය. වෙනත් අයට හිරිහැර කිරීම, අපහාසාත්මක දفපළ ප්‍රකාශ කිරීම හෝ ස්pam පණිවිඩ යැවීම තහනම් වේ.

කෙටියෙන්: වෙනත් අයට හිරිහැර කිරීමට, අපහාස කිරීමට හෝ ස්pam යැවීමට අපගේ අඩවිය භාවිතා කළ නොහැක.

6. වෙළඳ ලකුණු, ප්‍රකාශන හිමිකම් සහ බලපත්‍ර

කෙටියෙන්: Boxman.lk හට ලියාපදිංචි වෙළඳ ලකුණක් ඇත. අවසරයකින් තොරව අන්තර්ගතය සොරකම් කිරීම හෝ භාවිතා කිරීම නොකරන්න.

7. පරිශීලක අන්තර්ගතය

ඔබ වෙබ් අඩවියට සපයන ඕනෑම අදහසක් හෝ තොරතුරක් රහසිගත නොවන ලෙස සලකනු ලැබේ. එය ප්‍රකාශයට පත් කිරීමට සහ භාවිතා කිරීමට ඔබ අපට බලපත්‍රයක් ලබා දෙයි.

කෙටියෙන්: ඔබ මෙහි පළ කරන දفපළ වෙනත් අයට පෙනෙන අතර, අපට ඒවා භාවිතා කිරීමට අයිතිය ඇත.

8. තෙවන පාර්ශවීය සබැඳි (Third Party Links)

වෙබ් අඩවියේ වෙනත් ආයතනවලට අයත් වෙබ් අඩවි සබැඳි තිබිය හැක. එවැනි සබැඳි භාවිතා කිරීම සම්පූර්ණයෙන්ම ඔබේ δජදාම වගකීමකි.

කෙටියෙන්: අපගේ අඩවියේ ඇති වෙනත් සබැඳි වෙත පිවිසීම ඔබේම අවදානම මත සිදුකරන්න.

9. නැව්ගත කිරීම සහ ප්‍රතිලාභ (Shipping & Returns)

ඇණවුමක් කළ පසු, එය ශ්‍රී ලංකා නීතිවලට අනුකූලව නියමිත ලිපිනයට එවනු ලැබේ. ප්‍රතිලාභ සහ හුවමාරු කිරීම් අපගේ නියමිත ප්‍රතිපත්තිවලට යටත්ව සිදු කෙරේ.

කෙටියෙන්: ශ්‍රී ලංකාව තුළ නීත්‍යානුකූල ප්‍රදේශවලට පමණක් භාණ්ඩ නිකුත් කරමු. ප්‍රතිලාභ අපගේ ප්‍රතිපත්තිවලට අනුව පාලනය වේ.

10. වගකීම් නිෂේධනය (Disclaimers)

මෙම වෙබ් අඩවිය භාවිතා කිරීම ඔබේ අවදානම මත සිදු වේ. පෙට්ටි වැරදි ලෙස ගබඩා කිරීම, තෙතමනයට ලක්වීම හෝ බර වැඩිවීම නිසා සිදුවන හානි සඳහා අපි වගකියනු නොලැබේ.

කෙටියෙන්: නියමිත ප්‍රමිතීන්ට අනුව ඇසුරුම් ද්‍රව්‍ය භාවිතා කරන්න. වැරදි භාවිතය නිසා සිදුවන හානිවලට වගකියනු නොලැබේ.

11. වගකීම් සීමා කිරීම (Limitations of Liability)

ඔබගේ පරිගණක උපකරණවලට සිදුවන හානි හෝ වෛරස් ආසාදන සඳහා Boxman.lk වගකියනු නොලැබේ. ඕනෑම ගැටළුවකදී ඔබේ එකම පිළියම වන්නේ අඩවිය භාවිතය නැවැත්වීමයි.

කෙටියෙන්: මෙම අඩවිය ඔබේ අවදානම මත භාවිතා කරන්න. පරිගණක දෝෂ හෝ পরোক্ষ හානි සඳහා අපි වගකිව යුතු නැත.

12. කොන්දේසි සංශෝධනය

මෙම සේවා කොන්දේසි ඕනෑම අවස්ථාවක යාවත්කාලීන කළ හැක. ඔබ වامින් වට මේවා පරීක්ෂා කළ යුතුය.

කෙටියෙන්: මෙම කොන්දේසි වෙනස් විය හැක, නව වෙනස්කම් මෙහි දැකගත හැක.

13. අධිකක්ෂණය සහ නීතිය (Choice of Law)

මෙම සේවා කොන්දේසි ශ්‍රී ලංකාවේ නීති මඟින් පාලනය වේ. ඕනෑම නීතිමය ක්‍රියාමාර්ගයක් ශ්‍රී ලංකාවේ අධිකරණයක් තුළ පමණක් ගෙන යා යුතුය.

කෙටියෙන්: නීතිමය ගැටළුවක් ඇති වුවහොත් එය ශ්‍රී ලංකා අධිකරණයක් හරහා විසඳාගත යුතුය.

14. ගිණුම් අවසන් කිරීම (Termination)

අපට හෝ ඔබට ඕනෑම අවස්ථාවක ගිණුමක් අත්හිටුවීමට හෝ අවසන් කිරීමට හැක. ගිණුම අවසන් වූවත් ඔබ විසින් කරන ලද ඇණවුම් සඳහා ගෙවීමට ඇති මුදල් ගෙවිය යුතුය.

කෙටියෙන්: ගිණුමක් අවසන් කළද, ඔබෙන් අය විය යුතු මුදල් තිබේ නම් ඒවා ගෙවීමට ඔබ බැඳී සිටී.
