We provide a quality guarantee for select packaging materials and corrugated boxes against manufacturing defects only. Coverage and replacement terms are governed explicitly by the conditions outlined below.

Critical Storage & Load Capacity Warning: Storing cartons in high-moisture environments, exceeding maximum stack weight limits, or improper sealing and handling will instantly void the product quality guarantee.

How to Claim Quality Support

To initiate a claim or report a product defect, send an email to [email protected] attaching the following details:

1. Order Reference: Receipt number or Online Order ID.

2. Product Details: Box type, size specification, and batch number.

3. Video Evidence: A clear video showing the specific structural or material fault.

4. Component Photos: Clear photos of the defective item in its original delivered state.

5. Operating Conditions: Storage environment or weight load applied during the failure.

6. Issue Description: A detailed breakdown of the technical problem.

If the problem cannot be resolved remotely, you will be requested to hand over or ship the item to our facility. All parcel shipping, registry post, and courier fees must be prepaid by the customer.

Terms & Conditions

Support is rendered immediately void if any of the following conditions are met:

Damage caused by water exposure, high humidity storage, or improper handling/stacking by the user.
Physical tearing or punctures incurred during unpacking, assembly, or customer misuse.
Unauthorised alterations, custom cutting, or modifications made to standard box dimensions.
Negligence, failure to adhere to recommended weight capacities, or ignoring stacking limits.
Force majeure events including floods, fires, natural disasters, and extreme weather incidents.
